WOYWW #248 - Sunshiny

Well look at me, it's a quarter to ten and I have just realised it is Wednesday!

Blame it on harp playing (or visits) or the menopause, take your pick! Well at least it is sunny for my photo.

We focused on "book pages" at craft club last week and I made the 2 bird cards. (Do click on the photo as it will be much bigger then)

The page in my DLP is on "found poetry" using a book page too. Book Pages is also the theme for this month's swap on UKPC and I fortunately found the magazine article so am having a go at that.

I did my Craft Barn quote on AGE using Victor Hugo's quote:-

Forty is the old age of youth
Fifty the youth of old age.

Quite appropriate for my ripe old age don't you think!

Oh and here's the garden this month. After last year's photo a month I couldn't resist carrying on with it.

So come over to Julia's to see what I am "harping" on about with this WOYWW thing!

Love your creative space inside and out! The garden is amazing and I can just imagine sitting under the tree in the shade in summer! Just lovely!

Hi BJ, gorgeousness on your desk today. Love those book page projects.

I'm blaming everything on my hormones at the moment - otherwise I'm going to have to find a really good reason for swapping between tears and rage like you'd switch between TV channels :0 ( the M word sucks! MMx #51

I feel shame about my found poetry. You made yours look SO adorable. I'm super impressed. Yes, I enlarged all photos, including your Craft Barn entry on age. That quote must have been on your menopausal mind when you found it (grin).

Thank you beyond belief for continuing your monthly photos. That makes me SO happy, and I see something new each month. BTW, our grass is white with snow right now!!

Thanks for the earlier visit. Happy WOYWW from #1.

Hi BJ,
Love those bird cards, very nice.
And your garden looks busy, I was rather naughty and decided not to do the weeding today, but to play inside even though the sun was shining.
How are the fingers, no more cuts I hope?

What a pretty view out your window. Tell me, is that a little red-breasted bird on a birdhouse I see out that way? I know I see birds on your cards and they are quite lovely cards. Love the Hugo quote page. Neat stuff! Judy #92

Hi BJ,love the bird cards and the journal page. Wish I could stick to the instrument practice. Been trying to learn to play the sax for ages but keep getting distracted by other things.
Thanks for visiting me earlier, Angela x 63

Don't mention ripe old ages please. I have a bifrthday coming up.
Love your pages and thanks for the heads up on PJ's blog where you mentioned about resizing photos.
I think you should let everyone know about that as so many are small (mine included) and stop us having a good old nose.
Hugs, Neet 8 xx
ps glad your hand is getting better

You have been so productive. I have not touched my journals for ages, seem to spend all my time sorting out stash to sell and getting paperwork done. One of the reasons why I have not joined in this week, but sneeking in for some snooping whilst Rich watches the soaps (I stopped following them in January). Ali x

Hi BJ. So glad you are enjoying your harp! Long may the fun continue - sore fingers yet??!
Those two bird cards are just great - so attractive. Well done.
Your garden looks good. I haven't been out in our garden to do any work yet this year - but I shall have to get there soon - or the lawn will look like a hayfield! The only disadvantage of living by the sea is the more temperate climate - lawns just never stop growing!
Have a great week.

Me again! You asked about the music sheets on my desk - no I don't play anything, they are purely for crafting and using as a background for photos xx
