Saw this wonderful picture of a leaf dress in a magazine and it just HAD to go in my Altered Book in the Autumn section.Thought I'd have another go at a painted background and again it seeped through the pages. Really not getting to grips with this painting lark, and waiting for it to dry does my head in! - LOL.
Didn't really have a plan for the rest of the page and just went with the flow, liking the lock and key picture and adding a few butterflies for good measure.

Ya know, I have decided that when I attempt my next AB, I am going to paint the pages and "tip" them in so I don't have to worry about seepeage, I think that will make me happier, lol I love that leaf dress though, perfect for your Autumn page! waving hi from the hills of North Carolina :)
Hi BJ, I don't do journal pages very often but when I do I put a piece of watercolour card underneath and it seems to help with the drying process. Love your autumnal pages, that lady is gorgeous. Crafty hugs, Anne x
Your pages must have been very thin. Have you considered painting pages you removed from your AB and gluing them into the book? That might take care of the seepage, as long as the glue isn't "wet."
Regardless of your misgivings, I love these pages, and the way you managed to update the previous ones. I really like that lady in a dress. It is pretty spectacular, and I like how you added more leaves on the opposing page. Those are some mighty green apples (grin)!
Gosh, I hit publish too fast. Sorry I missed WOYWW last week. I'll make it up to you this week!
I got a little behind in visiting! The fall page is awesome & at first I thought the key was really 3D--it really pops!
All the little additions to your pocket page help tie in the theme. Sunflowers are a favorite of mine and you did such a nice job with the folded page.
I have only a handful of pages left in my book, too. Only a few more lessons to go!
