About Me

My photo
Hi, Welcome to my Blog. I'm an eclectic kind of crafter delving into many pots. I am just about managing to keep up my Scrapbooking Diary (usually about 6 months behind), plus any cards as required. I have a new found love of watercolour and Bible Journaling plus recently Junk Journaling too. Previously I've also dabbled in ATCs, Tags, Altered Books, Mixed Media, Art Journaling, Décopatch, Knitting, Crochet, and Embroidery amongst other things. I live in Surrey, UK with my husband, our son has left home now. For exercise I usually play Badminton and go Ballroom and Latin Dancing, but am plagued by a bad back. I like walking which I couple with Geocaching and sometimes Bouncing on my Rebounder (mini trampoline). I guess I am officially retired now. I am a born again Christian, currently worshiping at my local Vineyard Church.

WOYWW #218 - Scrapping

I seem to have been on a scrapping roll since last week. Nearing the end of my current 60 page album just the last page to go, sitting on my desk needing sticking. That will make 8 pages in a week. I already have 5 planned for my next album and then it will be another big photo order.

Other things done this week are, my Timmy August Tag, my Alpha Challenge "D" page, and some crackle/micro beads at craft club. There is also my August calendar page on my desk too.

To join in the big desk hop, pop over to Julia's Stamping Ground.

Lovely productive time on your desk! I really want to get my D pages done for Alpha/Dictionary - can I carve out a little space to craft, I wonder? I'll try. I noticed a Bodiam Castle page - that's such a beautiful place; we used to take the children there to a medieval fair when they were small. Lovely seahorses; they always fascinate me! Have a lovely WOYWW! Julie Ann xx #41

Hi Busy Bee! Isn't it great to have so much crafting time! Glad you like the batik technique, I'm using it on a journal spread (no idea how it will come out) so I'll do some step by steps and post a tut soon. Thanks for your visit. Hugs MMx #65

That is an insane amount of LO's and scrapbooks you have done, wow! So talented and productive! I feel utterly ashamed...you should know I accomplished next to nothing last week, thanks to a brilliant idea my sister had to move my craft room to another room...it didn't work though! Come see the pics for a laugh, huh? :) Enjoy the rest of WOYWW and maybe a break so the rest of us mere mortals can catch up a little, huh? ;) Hugs dear! And really you are very talented, keep up the good work. :) Deeyll #51
