Yes I am determined not to be late of forget or whatever this week so I am preparing and scheduling my post this week in good time!
Also determined to catch-up with all the various challenges I started this year as May seems to have been a bad month for me so I am weeks behind in some of them.
I have printed off 5 weeks worth in the Psalm challenge and am glad they are taking a break in June - great catch-up time for me. And don't ask how many weeks I'm behind in the Journal 52 Challenge!
On my desk is my latest Q&L page for The Craft Barn, which initially missed the link-up as it closed prematurely, but fortunately they reopened it for a short time - phew.
Also my DLP diary with my latest page fulfilling 2 prompts.
20 - Using a stamp in an new way. I'm a basic boarder or greeting stamp type of person so I used a greeting stamp as a boarder, not done that before.
21 - Embroidery. I got out my pricking patterns for this and back stitched the scallopped paisley design with a few central french knots.
Oh and my ATCs from the anniversary SWAP have started to arrive. Here are the first few, from Helen, Cindy, Chris and Christine. Thanks - they are super. (yes last 2 arrived after I did my desk photo!)
Dare I even mention the other 2 challenges which started this week???
Namely the Summer Scavenger Hunt and The Summer of Colour.
And for those following my monthly garden, here's the latest. Sadly the Rhododendron is not as its best now, so I just had to include a couple of shots from a few weeks ago too.
Yes - determined - I certainly need to be. Happy WOYWW everyone.
- Hi, Welcome to my Blog. I'm a lapsed crafter of late but still managing my diary Scrapbooking, plus cards as required. Previously I've also dabbled in ATCs, Tags, Altered Books, Art Journaling, Décopatch, Knitting, Crochet, and Embroidery amongst other things. I live in Surrey, UK with my husband and son. For exercise I usually play Badminton and go Ballroom and Latin Dancing, not really got back to the latter since the pandemic. I like walking which I couple with Geocaching and sometimes Bouncing on my Rebounder (mini trampoline). I am a Christian.

Great pix! And the Scavenger Hunt is nice because it has such a long time frame.
I love your diary page with the greeting border and the embroidered paisley. It has a fresh, upbeat feel.
Good luck with your catch-up projects. It looks like I'll be seeing you around for the a Summer of Color.
Sweet ATCs you have there I just had two pop up in the post today too :)
Happy WOYWW hugs Nikki
I'm so glad they opened the CB challenge for you. I know some people were quite upset because of it being closed early. Love seeing your garden ANY time you want to show it. Everything is always lovely in your part of the world.
Happy WOYWW with no # yet.
Glad you're catching up with your challenges!! Love your Music page, and very apt for you too! Happy WOYWW Helen
Your garden is looking very lush and tropical! That rhododendron is gorgeous, bet the colours glowed ;-)
Great ATCs too!
Hugs, LLJ xx
Another lovely post BJ! Your DLP diary is getting full and I still envy you your lovely garden -D xxx
Gosh you are going to be busy with all those challenges.
Garden is lovely, when do you find time for that?
Your psalm page is gorgeous, maybe I ought to challenge myself like that.
Loving the ATCs and the garden looks lush. I love this time of the year as everything looks so green. We live within walking distance of Lincoln City but because it's such a rural area and there are lots of older houses we have quite big gardens.
Just been digging up some extra space for the strawberries which grow like mad here.
Happy crafting, Angela x @Felix the Crafty Cat.
Making good progress with your challenges, I'd say. Love your garden! Hugs and Happy WOYWW! Nan G #guess :)
Congrats on getting your challenges worked on! Sometimes it is hard to get motivated. Your garden is still gorgeous and I do like the Rhododendron from a while back. Happy WOYWW!

Learned I am in 4 of the same challenges! I too am way behind in my Journal52, will get caught up once school is done. Have your blog written down so can check in more regularly!
Popping back to say I'll be at the CB from 10 on Sunday and I think we're staying all day, we've booked them to drop us back at the station but not sure of the time for that as my friend was doing it! Hope to see you there.
Gosh, you set yourself some targets with all those challenges! I hope you manage to enjoy them, and not feel hassled. I know I just don't cope when under pressure, even when it's to do nice things. Your journals look lovely - especially the paisley pattern. I'd love to be able to thumb through them. Have a great week and be kind to yourself. Chris # 10
That's a big plate of activities : ). I've been on an embroidery kick myself. Happy belated WOYWW #5
awesome post BJ! You are so busy and I love all the projects and gardening you are doing. I haven't been so productive due to illness and having to choose one or the other thing to do. I haven't been able to post on Wednesdays for a while and I have missed it! Sorry I am so late getting around! Thanks for sharing. Vickie #62
A happy day to you as well. Gorgeous book pages, and gardens. Keep smiling and creating.
