Oh and on the Altered Book front, I even remembered to use "dry" (Pritt) glue for the magazine pictures - horrah! I gessoed the pages (went to badminton!!) then inked with my new Summer Distress "Picked Raspberry" which I also stamped the flower boarder with. I (Pinflair) glued the embroidered flowers in place and popped a few dabs of Frosted Lace glitter glue inbetween the stamped boarder too. Now I need to comtemplate the "current " AB lesson! BJ
About Me

- BJ
- Hi, Welcome to my Blog. I'm a lapsed crafter of late but still managing my diary Scrapbooking, plus cards as required. Previously I've also dabbled in ATCs, Tags, Altered Books, Art Journaling, Décopatch, Knitting, Crochet, and Embroidery amongst other things. I live in Surrey, UK with my husband and son. For exercise I usually play Badminton and go Ballroom and Latin Dancing, not really got back to the latter since the pandemic. I like walking which I couple with Geocaching and sometimes Bouncing on my Rebounder (mini trampoline). I am a Christian.

Gorgeous spread honey, what beautiful flowers, and yes I remember the scent of them, lovely.
So bright and cheerful to make me smile on such a dull and gloomy Cornish day, thank-you my lovely.
Hugs x x x x
Yep that is PINK! You can almost smell the scent from the flowers.

Lovely pages BJ, loving the pink and the flowers are gorgeous too. Anne x
Your pages look divine and I wish I had some sweet smelling flowers on my balcony, need to rethink the flower choices for next summer! LOVE the picture of your Christmas orchid, just beautiful!! Humming along, and waving hi from the hot hills of North Carolina :)
I can tell what type of glue is your favorite. I'm glad to read that the magazine images didn't get all rippled like many of my pages did. Yours are fantastic. I also adore those embroidered flowers you added to the page. They were the perfect embellishments.
Sorry I've been gone. My computer took a turn for the worse, then I left town for the holiday. Not a good time to leave, I know.
