- Hi, Welcome to my Blog. I'm a lapsed crafter of late but still managing my diary Scrapbooking, plus cards as required. Previously I've also dabbled in ATCs, Tags, Altered Books, Art Journaling, Décopatch, Knitting, Crochet, and Embroidery amongst other things. I live in Surrey, UK with my husband and son. For exercise I usually play Badminton and go Ballroom and Latin Dancing, not really got back to the latter since the pandemic. I like walking which I couple with Geocaching and sometimes Bouncing on my Rebounder (mini trampoline). I am a Christian.

Scavenger Hunt - Part 06
Just been to a Geocaching Event on International Geocaching Day. It was a Flash-Mob converging on a Big Oak Tree in a park so I am entering the group photo for #04 A Group of Tourists
On the way home I spotted some #03 Birds on a "Spire" and thought this a jolly good alternative to Birds on a "Wire". Good job we were conveniently stopped at some traffic lights. The church is/was The Guards Chapel Caterham Barracks.

Also we passed a #19 A Public Garden where 2 roads converged and stopped to take a few photos.

We later discovered it was Chaldon Way Gardens.

Hi BJ, lovely photos and I think I would have to give you an A+ for ingenuity - birds on a spire :) Elizabeth xx
You're milking that "bird on a FILL IN a word that rhymes with WIRE" for all it's worth. Had to laugh when I saw it. Flash mob. Never seen one, except on TV. Nicely done on the photos AND the commentary.
love the birds on a spire!!
Beautiful garden, and the birds on a spire are remarkable . . . although I find them a bit creepy (a la Hitchcock's The Birds).
